Who we are
URUQ focuses on private cloud deployments, independent connectivity and custom automation for small businesses. Our team has been administering production infrastructure and on-premises systems since 2019, across cloud, hybrid and self-hosted environments, before bringing that experience together under URUQ.
We work with small, sovereignty-minded businesses in healthcare, IT, production and online services: organizations that need a specific set of systems to run independently, under their own control, rather than depend on a third-party platform. Our clients are based across North America, Central America and Europe.
Every project starts with the same question: what does this business actually need to control, and what can safely stay simple? We map what's already in place, then deploy private cloud environments on Nextcloud, independent VPN connectivity with no third parties in the loop, and custom automation, including targeted AI integrations, built directly on top of that infrastructure. We start with whichever piece matters most and expand from there, rather than trying to overhaul everything at once. Work moves in short, fast iterations, with results you can see quickly rather than a long specification phase upfront.
Everything we build is designed to be yours: open formats, documented systems, and no dependency on us to keep it running. If you ever want to bring the work in-house or move it elsewhere, you can; that's what infrastructure sovereignty is supposed to mean.
